1. Sponsor

This Sweepstakes is sponsored by CREA Research LLC, PO Box 990368, Naples, FL 34116 (the “Sponsor”). The Sponsor is solely responsible for the administration of this Sweepstakes.

2. Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older (or the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is greater) at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and members of CREA Research LLC and their immediate family and household members are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. Entry Period

The Sweepstakes entry period begins on January 3, 2026 (the date the Sweepstakes was first publicly advertised) and continues until the 100th annual member joins, which closes the entry period (the “Entry Period”). All entries must be received during the Entry Period.

4. How to Enter

(a) With purchase (online): Purchase an annual (yearly) CREA subscription during the Entry Period at crearesearch.com. Each eligible annual subscription active during the Entry Period constitutes one (1) entry.

(b) Free — no purchase necessary (mail-in): Enter by mail at no cost (other than your own postage) as described in Section 5.

All entries — whether submitted with a purchase under (a) or for free by mail under (b) — are combined into a single pool and have an equal chance of being selected in the drawing. Entering by the free mail-in method does not reduce your chance of winning, and purchasing a subscription does not increase it. Limit: one (1) entry per person, regardless of method.

5. No-Purchase-Necessary / Free Mail-In Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE)

To enter without making any purchase or payment, hand-print on a 3″ × 5″ card your full name, complete mailing address, daytime telephone number, email address, and date of birth, and mail it in a hand-addressed, stamped envelope to:

• No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter by mail, and no purchase will increase your chance of winning.
• A mail-in entry receives one (1) entry placed in the same drawing pool as paid entries and has the identical chance of winning as any entry made with a purchase.
• CREA Research LLC charges no fee whatsoever to enter by mail; you pay only for your own first-class postage.
• Mail-in entries must be postmarked during the Entry Period and received no later than seven (7) days after the Entry Period closes.
• Limit one (1) mail-in entry per person and per stamped envelope. Mechanically reproduced, photocopied, or illegible entries are void.

6. Prize

One (1) prize: a $500 Visa® or Mastercard® prepaid gift card. Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $500.00. Only one (1) prize will be awarded. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

The prepaid card is issued by a third-party bank and is subject to the cardholder agreement provided with the card, which may impose an expiration date and/or fees (for example, monthly maintenance or inactivity fees that may apply after a period of non-use). The winner is solely responsible for any such fees. The prize is not transferable, and no cash or other substitution is permitted except by the Sponsor, which reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

7. Winner Selection & Notification

The winner will be selected in a genuine random drawing from among all eligible entries within fourteen (14) days after the 100th annual member joins (the close of the Entry Period). The drawing is conducted manually by the Sponsor; no winner is selected automatically. The winner will be announced live on the Sponsor’s social channels (Facebook and YouTube) and posted at crearesearch.com, and will also be notified by email and/or telephone using the information provided with the entry. Any on-air wheel or spin shown during the live announcement is for presentation only; the winner is determined solely by the random drawing described above, not by skill, performance, or audience vote. The winner must respond within fourteen (14) days of notification to claim the prize. If a selected winner cannot be contacted, declines the prize, fails to respond within the claim period, or is found ineligible, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected at random from the remaining eligible entries.

8. Taxes

The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes arising from the prize. A single $500 prize is below the IRS Form 1099-MISC reporting threshold of $600; the Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099 only if required by law. The winner may be required to complete an IRS Form W-9 prior to payment of the prize.

9. Privacy

Information collected from entrants is used only to administer this Sweepstakes and is handled in accordance with the CREA Research LLC Privacy Policy available at crearesearch.com.

10. General Conditions

By entering, each entrant agrees to these Official Rules and to the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. This Sweepstakes is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

11. Winner List

For the name of the winner, send a stamped, self-addressed envelope to the Sponsor address in Section 1. The winner’s name is available by this method for 90 days after the drawing.
