Is CREA legal advice?

No. CREA is a research tool only, not a lawyer or legal advisor. The information provided is for educational and research purposes. Always consult your union steward, representative, or a qualified labor attorney before taking action on any grievance.

How It Works

How does CREA find cases?

CREA searches a comprehensive database including thousands of arbitration cases spanning 1970-2025, 73 USPS manuals with 18,000+ sections, and 1,700+ MRS documents including Step 4 settlements. Our AI analyzes your situation and finds the most relevant precedents.

How accurate is it?

CREA verifies every citation against our database before including it in results. Our multi-layered verification systems catch the vast majority of errors, but no AI system is infallible. CREA is a research tool — always review results with your steward before filing a grievance.

What makes CREA different from ChatGPT?

Unlike general AI tools, CREA is domain-specific and verification-focused. Every citation is checked against our actual database of arbitration decisions and postal documents before being shown to you. General AI tools often generate plausible-sounding but fictional case numbers. While our verification catches most errors, we still recommend reviewing all citations with your steward.

How much does it cost?

Individual plans are $3.99/month or $47.88/year (14 months for the price of 12). Branch plans for steward teams are $39.99/month or $479.88/year. All plans include full access to our databases.

How do I cancel?

You can cancel anytime from your Manage Billing page in your account settings. Upon cancellation, you'll retain access until the end of your current billing period.

What browsers work with CREA?

CREA works with all modern browsers including Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge. We recommend using the latest version of your browser for the best experience.

Is my data secure?

Yes, CREA is fully responsive and works on smartphones and tablets. You can research cases from anywhere with an internet connection.
